Cara L. Speier, D.O., F.A.C.O.O.G.
Dr. Speier became the Medical Director of Lifecycles OB/GYN, P.C. in 2001. She is board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology and has active staff privileges at Botsford Hospital in Farmington Hills and the Novi Surgery Center in Novi.
Dr. Speier graduated from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1994. She performed her Internship and Residency at Botsford Hospital from 1994-2000. Dr. Speier holds the office of Vice Chair in the Department of OB/GYN and serves as the Chair of the Policy and Procedures Committee at Botsford Hospital.

Leah MacMartin-PA-C
She is a graduate of Touro University of Osteopathic Medicine PA Program where she recieved her Master of Physician Assistant Studies. She is Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Leah is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the Michigan Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Michigan Academy of Physician Assistants. She has extensive training in both dermatology and gynecology.  Leah specializes in skin care and has trained extensively in performing Botox injections and Juvederm injections.
